JVR Software in Tshwane is seeking an organized Stock Controller to manage inventory and warehouse operations. You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate records across receiving, storage, issuing and replenishment processes.

The role requires matric with Afrikaans & English proficiency, experience with stock control, and teamwork to optimize warehouse layout and minimize discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Matric Afrikaans & English-speaking essential.
• Forklift experience advantageous.
• Accurate tracking and management of inventory.
• Identify issues in stock management and implement solutions.
• Experience in stock records, warehouse layout and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, warehouse staff and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet business needs, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking goods accurately.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cyclic checks, and planned stock takes to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Compare received items against purchase orders, process new orders, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Update inventory management systems, maintain accurate stock records, and generate reports on stock levels, usage, and discrepancies.
• Organize stock layout for optimal space utilization, ensure proper storage to prevent damage or spoilage, and collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient operations.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, inaccuracies, or losses, and support process improvements.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and stock availability.
