Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to oversee development projects around Centurion, Gauteng. This on-site role demands a proactive leader capable of guiding projects from planning through construction and handover.

You will manage budgets, timelines and teams of architects, engineers and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive Real estate project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Centurion or Gauteng property market desirable.
• Budgeting and financial management for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers and contractors.
• Monitor progress, risks, and change orders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure plan compliance.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
• Facilitate handover of completed projects.
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget.
