Placements24 is seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our Centurion sales team. You will manage key client portfolios, drive revenue growth, and maintain high client satisfaction through trusted advisory support.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. This is an on-site position in Centurion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Centurion area for this on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our client's products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and align our offerings with their evolving goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure seamless client experiences.
