Placements24 in Centurion is seeking an Account Executive to join our office-based sales team. You will manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong CRM proficiency, negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with support and operations to deliver value and drive renewals and upsell.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work effectively within an office-based team structure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated portfolio of client accounts, ensuring retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and engagement.
• Understand client business objectives and demonstrate how our client's solutions can meet their needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support, operations) to ensure excellent client service delivery.
• Track account progress, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
