Job summary

TSU Protection Services is seeking a CCTV Controller to monitor the surveillance program, identify security incidents, and maintain a secure environment. Attention to detail and quick decision-making are essential for this role.

The controller will coordinate with security staff, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate incident logs and reports for authorities. Must reside in the Cape Town region and hold PSIRA B Grade and CCTV Control Room certification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and PSIRA B Grade certification are mandatory.
• CCTV Control Room certification or at least 2 years of control room experience.
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans; professional communication required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to incidents.
• Coordinate with security personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and reports for authorities.
• Conduct system checks on surveillance and alarm equipment.
• Generate daily activity and incident reports for management.
• Provide protection for high-profile residents as required.
