Job summary

TSU Protection Services is seeking an experienced CCTV Control Room Operator to work independently at our clients' premises in Koedoespoort, Gauteng. You will monitor CCTV feeds, respond to incidents, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure security of business premises, residences, and farms.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role, full computer literacy, and bilingual proficiency in English and Afrikaans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in CCTV/Control Room roles.
• Fully computer literate with good data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV feeds and perform control room duties.

• Prepare logs and incident reports with accuracy.
• Work 12-hour shifts in Koedoespoort, Pretoria East.
• Collaborate with security personnel and clients as needed.

Job description

TSU Protection Services is looking for an experienced CCTV Control Room Operator to work independently at our clients' premises in Koedoespoort, Gauteng. This is a critical function in assisting our team on the ground to ensure that our clients’ premises are safe and secure. These can include business premises, private residences and farms. You will be the “eyes” that see all and send out the alert on any suspicious activity.

You Will Be Monitoring

• CCTV
• Radio Telephone calls, panic alarms, vehicle tracking
• Control Room duties

Other Requirements

• This is a self-posting site in Koedoespoort (Pretoria East)
• Member will perform control room and CCTV monitoring duties
• Member must have a valid CCTV operator qualification as well as a Control room operator qualification (or be prepared to undergo the training)
• R350 transport allowance will be paid
• PSIRA A grade
• Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent
• Must be able to work shifts (you will work 12-hour shifts)
• Residency in or near Koedoespoort will be an advantage

Remuneration

• Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
