Job summary

TTK Surveillance in Edenvale invites applications for an experienced CCTV Control Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of the control room and lead its Shift Leaders and staff. You will ensure effective monitoring of client sites, manage incident response and escalation, maintain rosters and training, and ensure SOPs are followed across the control room and sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a CCTV control room and leading staff across shifts.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, incident response and escalation.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organisational, reporting and staff management skills.
• PSIRA Grade A.
• Availability to work standby.
• Reside within the Edenvale area and surrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the CCTV Control Room and lead its Shift Leaders and staff.
• Ensure effective monitoring of client sites; manage incident response, escalation and client communication.
• Maintain staff rosters, attendance and training; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Follow up on offline sites, cameras and technical issues; investigate missed incidents and performance concerns.
• Oversee high‑risk sites; maintain accurate operational and client reports; ensure issues are resolved.
• Provide support during serious incidents, emergencies and staff shortages.
