You will oversee staff during events, ensure smooth operations, uphold service standards, and coordinate with the Catering Manager to execute flawless events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within catering, hospitality or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and event execution.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good organizational skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise catering staff during events, providing clear direction and support.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces according to specifications.
• Manage food and beverage service with high presentation and guest satisfaction.
