Job summary

Fedics is seeking a committed, adaptable Supervisor to oversee the standard of food service and ensure outlets operate effectively in a commercial setting. The incumbent will lead the unit by establishing and upholding standards for service delivery, while inspiring and educating the team.

Responsibilities include setting service standards, leading a trained team, managing budgetary controls, and maintaining Tsebo Catering standards. Long hours and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Matric).
• Relevant Hospitality Management or Food and Beverages qualification.

Responsibilities

• Setting and management of service delivery standards.
• Lead, motivate, train and develop a team of staff.
• Daily HR and IR issues (including training, development & performance management).
• Manage administration, finances, debtors, budgets, etc.
• Monthly P&L.
