Job summary

TALENTEDGE RECRUITMENT & ADVISORY is seeking a franchise Sales Manager for a reputable motor dealership group in Welkom. The role focuses on leading the sales team, achieving targets, and developing marketing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of sales experience, strong negotiation and customer relations skills, and a valid SA driver's license. A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field is preferred and a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field is preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience with proven targets
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
• Computer literacy and policy adherence
• Valid South African driver's license and clean criminal record
