Placements24 in Vereeniging, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Commercial Pilot Captain to join the flight crew on a full-time basis. You will command aircraft, uphold safety standards, manage crew, and ensure on-time operations in a regional airline environment.

The ideal candidate has ATPL with type ratings, 3,000+ hours total and 1,000+ hours PIC, multi-engine experience, and strong leadership and decision-making abilities in high-pressure settings.

Qualifications

• ATPL with appropriate type ratings for the fleet.
• 3,000 hours total flight time; 1,000 hours PIC.
• Experience on multi-engine aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regs, meteorology and navigation.
• Ability to obtain aviation security clearance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Command and operate aircraft safely and efficiently according to regulations and company policies.
• Ensure safety of passengers and crew during flight operations.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and flight plan preparation.
• Make critical decisions regarding flight operations and route adjustments.
• Manage crew performance and provide leadership during all phases of flight.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Communicate with Air Traffic Control and ground operations.
