The ideal candidate holds an ATPL with type ratings, 3,000+ total hours including 1,000 PIC, multi-engine experience, and proven leadership. On-site role with flexible scheduling, attractive compensation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• ATPL with type ratings required.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time with at least 1,000 hours PIC.
• Experience operating multi-engine civilian aircraft.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Command and operate aircraft safely and efficiently as Captain.
• Ensure safety of passengers and crew and comply with regulations.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and flight plan preparation.
• Make critical operational decisions and route adjustments as needed.
• Lead and motivate crew, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Communicate with ATC, ground ops, and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and security procedures.
• Manage fuel planning and aircraft performance during flight.
• Uphold professionalism and high levels of customer service.
