About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Command and operate aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew members during flight operations.
• Conduct pre-flight checks, including aircraft inspection, weather review, and flight plan preparation.
• Make critical decisions regarding flight operations, including route adjustments and emergency procedures.
• Manage crew performance and provide leadership and guidance during all phases of flight.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records.
• Communicate effectively with Air Traffic Control, ground operations, and other relevant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all air traffic control instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Manage fuel planning and aircraft performance throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with appropriate type ratings for the aircraft fleet.
• Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time, with at least 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Experience operating multi-engine commercial aircraft.
• Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, aerodynamics, meteorology, and navigation.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an aviation security clearance.
