Grove Properties in Cape Town seeks a driven dealmaker to own the full sales and leasing lifecycle for warehousing, logistics facilities, and industrial land in Epping, Maitland, Observatory, Woodstock and surrounding areas.

You will canvass, negotiate, and close deals, while building relationships with owners and tenants to secure mandates and generate ongoing income through management opportunities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of commercial/industrial real estate experience.
• PPRA registration and compliant FFC status are advantageous.

• Source and close industrial leasing and sales transactions.
• Build relationships with property owners, landlords, and corporate tenants to secure mandates.
