Placements24 is seeking a Director of Commercial Leasing in Cape Town to lead leasing operations across a diverse property portfolio. You will develop strategic leasing plans, negotiate complex leases, and drive occupancy and revenue growth while building strong tenant relationships.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial real estate leasing, with 3+ years in leadership, and hold a bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• MBA or relevant professional designation is a significant advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate leasing; 3+ years in leadership.
