Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiar with process simulation software and SPC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization in chemical manufacturing.
• Develop and test new process designs and modifications, ensuring scalability and economic viability.
• Implement and monitor process control strategies to maintain optimal operating conditions.
• Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations within plant operations.
• Support plant operations by troubleshooting process upsets and providing timely technical assistance.
