Medipost Pharmacy is seeking a Canteen Cashier in Gezina, Pretoria, reporting to the Business Optimization Manager. The role focuses on welcoming staff at the coffee station, serving beverages, and maintaining housekeeping standards throughout shifts.

Key duties include greeting customers, assisting efficiently, managing consumables, preventing wastage, reporting losses, and ensuring timely cleanup and orderliness. Weekend availability is required as per contract terms.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or matric.
• Company SOP and policies training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers in a friendly manner
• Assist customers efficiently
• Display friendly and professional behaviour at all times
• Daily ordering and collecting of consumables
• Ensure there is no wastage of consumable stock
• Report any theft, loss or wastage of stock to the Manager as soon as you become aware of it
• Keeping a good housekeeping standard
• Report any breakage, issue or defect to the manager immediately
• Productive and available according to hours as stipulated in the contract
• Availability to work on weekends when required
