Nova Pioneer is seeking a Tech Coordinator to organize in-house IT processes, manage the helpdesk, and maintain school technology assets. The role supports academic systems, residential life, sports events, and school activities.

The candidate will oversee asset management, training, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with the Global Tech team on school-wide tech initiatives and projects.

Qualifikationen

• Complete IT-related diploma/degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of technical IT experience preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Proficiency with PC/Linux/Mac systems and diverse tech environments.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for students, parents, and teammates for tech issues via the school helpdesk.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, inventory, and asset documentation.
• Support and onboard/offboard teammates and facilitate tech PD sessions.
• Assist in administration of the SIS/EdAdmin systems and related software.
