Job summary

Nova Pioneer is seeking a Tech Coordinator to organize in-house IT processes, manage the IT helpdesk at the school campus, test and recondition equipment, and track tech supplies for redeployment and school events.

Reporting to the School Leader and Operations, you will support SIS/EdAdmin and run tech-focused projects, while collaborating with the Global Tech team to maintain reliable networks, printing, and classroom technology for staff and students.

Qualifications

• A diploma/degree in an IT-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of technical IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks and troubleshooting.
• Competence with PC/Linux/Mac systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathy and people-skills for students, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT helpdesk requests and route to central Global Tech team as needed.
• Oversee Tech Asset Management for Chromebooks, laptops, and supplies.
• Coordinate tech maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident updates.
• Support SIS/EdAdmin and SASAMS software updates and reporting.
• Support printing, network, and academic tech needs.
