Bushwise is seeking a hands-on Camp Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a remote camp. You will welcome guests, supervise the kitchen, and ensure smooth running of the lodge in a live-in setting.

The ideal candidate has camp management experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work independently with a small team. You’ll handle stock, admin tasks, and maintenance coordination in a remote environment.

Formación

• Experience as Camp Manager or lodge management role
• Ability to prepare simple, good-quality meals
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Stock control and basic administration knowledge
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently in remote settings
• Flexible and willing to step in wherever needed
• Driver’s licence

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the camp
• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, memorable stay
• Prepare and present simple, wholesome meals
• Manage, guide and support the camp team
• Conduct regular stock takes and manage ordering
• Maintain housekeeping, hygiene and general camp standards
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
• Handle basic administrative duties
• Step in across the operation as required
