Job summary

Cartrack is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join the Rosebank on-site call centre. You will contact prospective customers, present our mobility tech products, identify needs, and guide them through solutions.

You will follow up with existing clients, support inquiries, and manage multiple channels including phone, email and online platforms. Strong communication and sales experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years outbound sales experience in a call centre environment.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
• Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building.
• Self-motivated, resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, independently or in a team.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with databases/software.
• Grade 12 completed; tertiary education preferred.
• Able to sell to key decision makers (B2C).

Role Description

The Telesales Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Rosebank. As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present the company's products and services, identify their needs, provide support and assistance, and conduct follow-up activities. You will use potential leads and existing customers' information to contact them via phone, email, and online platforms. Qualifications

• Prior experience as a telesales agent, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively
• High level of customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language to communicate with customers at a professional leve
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software, databases, and online platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with relevant tertiary education
