Job summary

Cartrack in Rosebank is seeking a proactive Telesales Agent to join our call centre team on-site. The role focuses on reaching out to potential customers, presenting our smart mobility solutions, and guiding them through needs assessment and follow-up activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a track record of meeting targets, and at least two years in outbound sales within a call centre. Fluency in English and another language is preferred.

Role Description

The Telesales Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Rosebank. As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present the company's products and services, identify their needs, provide support and assistance, and conduct follow-up activities. You will use potential leads and existing customers' information to contact them via phone, email, and online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and sales experience to join a dynamic and innovative team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a telesales agent, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively
• High level of customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
