Hire Resolve is recruiting an experienced Head of the Commercial & Industrial division to drive revenue growth in Pretoria. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience within the Solar EPC or Renewable Energy sector.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value commercial solar projects (50kWp–1MW or larger).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of ROI, IRR, LCOE, Section 12BA tax incentives, PPAs, and Rent‑to‑Own models.
• Sound technical knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, and grid‑tied systems.
• Knowledge of SSEG regulations, NERSA guidelines, and utility wheeling frameworks.
• Experience with CRM pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Formal sales methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) division to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Develop and execute commercial sales strategies for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions.
• Structure and present financial solutions including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Rent‑to‑Own models.
• Present the financial benefits of renewable energy solutions, including ROI, payback periods, LCOE, and applicable tax incentives.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Translate technical solar concepts, system sizing, yield estimations, and equipment benefits into client‑focused solutions.
• Ensure proposed systems comply with relevant municipal, utility, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the EPC sales team through clear KPIs and performance management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial clients and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and commercial performance.
