The ideal candidate will have 23+ years in similar luxury roles, experience with VIP guests, and relevant hospitality certifications. Live-out position with weekend and evening shifts, based in Hout Bay.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric required.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Guest Services is advantageous.
• Butler training or luxury service certification is beneficial.
• Minimum 23 years' experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or Front Office professional in a luxury setting.
• Experience with high-profile or VIP guests is advantageous.
• Five-star hospitality experience is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 (Matric).

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Guest Services is advantageous.

Butler training or luxury service certification is beneficial.

Minimum 23 years' experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Officer, or Front Office professional in a luxury hotel, boutique hotel, private residence, or lodge.

Experience working with high-profile or VIP guests is highly advantageous.

Previous experience in five-star hospitality is preferred.
