Job summary

Recruit-It is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead analysis across multiple projects in a dynamic, digitally transforming environment. The role requires extensive documentation, stakeholder engagement, and strong analytical skills to align business strategy with technology delivery.

You will elicit and document requirements, produce BRDs and functional specs, and support the SDLC from design through UAT.

Qualifications

Requires Degree/Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, Information Systems or Matric with 10 years BA experience and a recognized BA certification (CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA).
Minimum 10 years’ BA experience in Software Application Development environments.
Process Engineering background is beneficial and preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
Produce documentation including BRD, Functional Specs, User Stories and Process Maps.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
Translate business requirements into functional specs for development teams.
Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT.
Maintain requirements traceability and support UAT.
