Job summary

PPS in Johannesburg is seeking a Business Process Engineer to study how the organization operates across units and to recommend improvements that drive performance and efficiency, and to lead the execution of those improvements for lasting results.

You will provide strategic and transformational support, aligning people, processes and technology with strategic initiatives, and offering consultative analytics using LEAN, Agile, Six Sigma, capacity planning and process redesign to improve

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years working experience in Business Process Improvement/Automation.
• Expert Process modelling methods and standards.
• Advanced Process engineering methodologies (6 Sigma/Lean Sigma/ITIL/CMM).
• Advanced Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies.
• Banking or Financial Services background would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, scoping, chartering efforts for process analysis/design projects.
• Analyze processes, data points and controls to identify sub-optimal performance and recommend improvements.
• Improve organizational capabilities through high-impact business process engineering initiatives.
• Support business case development to identify change impacts to people, processes and technology.
• Contribute to organization-wide process-centric methodologies and standards.
• Provide process consultation including research, analysis, facilitation and modeling.
• Facilitate organizational change.
