WNS South Africa is seeking a Business Process Modeller to map and document critical processes across teams. The role involves translating SME input into clear process maps, collaborating with stakeholders to capture as-is and to-be states, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
You will contribute to change management efforts, support process workshops, and deliver structured process documentation to the Process Lead.
