Job summary

WNS South Africa is seeking a Business Process Modeller to map and document critical processes across teams. The role involves translating SME input into clear process maps, collaborating with stakeholders to capture as-is and to-be states, and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.

You will contribute to change management efforts, support process workshops, and deliver structured process documentation to the Process Lead.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in business process modelling is mandatory.
• Experience with process documentation and modelling software is required.
• Knowledge of quality tools and DMAIC/DMADV approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map and document business processes and procedures.
• Translate stakeholder discussions into process maps.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate process content.
• Identify improvements and streamlines in existing processes.
• Support change management and process workshops.
• Provide reports and distribute process documentation to the Process Lead.
