Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales and gross margin targets as set out by management
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain market leading service levels
• Represent Regal and its product brands professionally
• Servicing, supporting and developing existing clients
• Selling and positioning the full Regal range to clients
• Conduct product presentations to drive value and entrench Regal brands
• Canvass for new customers outside existing base
• Analyze and monitor customer purchase activity to meet KPIs
• Upsell and cross-sell Regal products to meet customer needs
• Maintain awareness of SharePoint activities and product releases
