Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development experience in electrical engineering
- Proven track record of generating new business and securing contracts
- Strong network within mining, industrial, manufacturing, utilities or infrastructure sectors
- Experience selling technical engineering services
- Tendering and proposal preparation experience
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
