MPC Recruitment in South Africa is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead new market growth in a dynamic BPO and outsourcing environment. You will drive strategy, identify opportunities, and partner with clients to deliver value.

The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, strategic B2B sales, and strong business acumen to increase growth and profitability. A matric certificate and a degree in Sales/Marketing or related field are preferred.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in strategic B2B sales.
• Experience with people solutions (BPO, outsourcing, talent acquisition, payroll) preferred.

Business Development Manager

A leader in the Business process outsourcing sector is looking to employ an experienced and eager business hunter to spearhead Business Development for the company. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new markets to introduce the company’s products as well as identifying areas to increase growth and profitability. The ideal candidate must be able to design, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to remain competitive in the market, as well as perform competitor analysis and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Experience we look for:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role with a focus on new business acquisition.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategic sales in a B2B (Business to Business) environment.
• Experience with people solutions i.e. BPO, Functional Outsourcing, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Services is preferred.
• Key Competencies: Strategic Influence, Entrepreneurial Thinking, Customer Centric.

Essential Qualifications we are looking for:

• Matric Certificate.
• Computer Literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
• Basic Financial management.
