Job summary

SMD Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in Limpopo by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. The role requires extensive travel to meet clients, present tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver market insights, craft compelling presentations, and report on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Matric certificate.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Own reliable car and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 weekdays

Reporting to: BDM Manager
