Responsibilities

• Marketing management: Execute marketing campaigns across digital, print and industry channels, while developing engaging marketing content.
• Events management: Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, client workshops and community events, including vendors, bookings, travel and logistics.
• Market research and intelligence: Monitor competitors, pricing trends, customer insights and market developments to identify new opportunities.
• CRM and customer relationship management: Maintain accurate customer data, segmentation, pipelines, lead tracking and CRM follow‑ups.
• Tender and proposal coordination: Monitor tender portals, identify relevant opportunities, and coordinate required documentation and technical inputs; ensure accurate, timely submissions.

Key responsibilities

Marketing management

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital, print and industry channels, while developing engaging marketing content
• Maintain consistent branding, manage digital platforms and monitor campaign performance

Events management

• Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, client workshops and community events, including vendors, bookings, travel and logistics
• Gather feedback and evaluate event performance and ROI

Market research and intelligence

• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, customer insights and market developments to identify new opportunities
• Conduct research and prepare monthly market intelligence dashboards to support decision‑making

CRM and customer relationship management

• Maintain accurate customer data, segmentation, pipelines, lead tracking and CRM follow‑ups
• Support customer communication and ensure CRM information remains accurate, current and actionable

Tender and proposal coordination

• Monitor tender portals, identify relevant opportunities, and coordinate required documentation and technical inputsEnsure accurate, timely submissions and maintain updated company profiles, certificates, CVs and bid templates
