Job summary

Bluespec Holdings in Sandton, Gauteng, is seeking a Business and Solutions Analyst to deepen understanding of the BGS group processing platforms and systems landscape and to provide solutions consultancy across the group. You will design end-to-end integration solutions and business processes, document requirements, coordinate developers and resources, and lead delivery from design to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of the BGS group processing platforms and systems landscape.
• Provide Solutions consultancy to the various businesses within the group.
• Design end-to-end integration solutions and business processes.
• Assist with the project management of the delivery of technical solutions to the point of implementation, including the coordination of specialist resources.
• Document processes and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Take ownership of integration, development and process optimisation projects.
• Lead implementation, training and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain regular reporting to CIO and stakeholders.
• Act as technology functional expert and support incident resolution.
• Investigate opportunities and produce concept documents
• Analyse business processes, to identify issues, opportunities, etc.
• Research and analyse customer concerns and propose solutions
• Redesign business and system processes
• Develop requirements for IT systems and interfaces based on business requirements (BRD compilation)
• Facilitate sessions to understand and document the customer’s requirements
• Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities
• Prepare and present proposals in a professional manner
• Gain a thorough understanding and knowledge of the systems used in the BGS group
