TRETEN Networks is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our growing team. If you're good at turning business needs into clear requirements and better processes, we'd like to hear from you.

You will gather requirements, write URS, analyse and redesign business processes, lead process engineering and improvement work, and coach client Business Analysts. A Diploma, BTech or Degree in Information Systems, IT or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering (Honors/Master’s a strong advantage)
• Experience across all levels of Business Analysis (Junior to Expert)
• Track record of named projects with client, role and duration
• Experience with process modelling tools such as ARIS, BPMN, Visio or Bizagi

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and write User Requirements Specifications (URS)
• Analyse, model and redesign business processes and workflows
• Lead business process engineering and improvement work
• Coach and transfer skills to client Business Analysts
