Job summary

Exalto Consulting in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a team delivering business-critical systems and change initiatives. You will work with stakeholders across business and technology to define practical, well-defined solutions.

Responsibilities include documenting BRDs/FRDs and user stories, creating AS IS and TO BE process maps, supporting UAT, and coordinating go-live readiness, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex environment.
• Strong SDLC understanding with experience across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
• Confident producing clear documentation and translating needs into deliverable requirements.

Key experience

Strong stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills

Experience working with system integrations, process change or transformation programmes

Exposure to regulated or compliance driven environments is beneficial
