Job summary

TRETEN Networks is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our growing team. If you're good at turning business needs into clear requirements and better processes, we'd like to hear from you.

You will gather requirements, write URS, analyse and redesign business processes, lead process engineering and improvement work, and coach client Business Analysts. A Diploma, BTech or Degree in Information Systems, IT or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering (Honors/Master’s a strong advantage)
• Experience across all levels of Business Analysis (Junior to Expert)
• Track record of named projects with client, role and duration
• Experience with process modelling tools such as ARIS, BPMN, Visio or Bizagi

What we're looking for

• A Diploma, BTech or Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering (Honors or Master's is a strong advantage)
• Business Analysis experience across all levels. Junior (2+ years), Intermediate (5+), Senior (10+) and Expert (15+) are welcome.
• A track record of named projects, with the client, your role and the duration
• Process modelling tools such as ARIS, BPMN, Visio or Bizagi

Strong advantages

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt), plus experience implementing Six Sigma
• CBAP, CCBA or a Diploma in Business Analysis (IIBA)
• Experience in the utilities, energy or public sector
