Job summary

Stafflink Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for a leading logistics provider in Johannesburg. The role bridges operations, systems, finance, IT and business stakeholders to analyse processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into data-driven solutions that improve service, cost, productivity and decision-making.

You will engage stakeholders, map processes, analyse systems and data, design solutions, and support BI dashboards using Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or Business Analysis.
• 23 years business analysis experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, RCA, process mapping knowledge.
• Power BI, SQL basics, and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with OPSI/TRAMM, TMS routing, and ERP systems advantageous.
