Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent, HR/Industrial Psychology qualification preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of recruitment experience in services industry or agency.
• Bulk recruitment experience.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork and system setup.
• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition and resourcing team, including data entry and records.
• Liaise with new hires, hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Track onboarding metrics such as time-to-productivity and new hire satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and implement changes to enhance the new hire experience.
