Job summary

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for motivated and results-driven Sales Consultants to join an expanding telesales operation within the financial services and insurance industry on a 12-month limited duration appointment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls and engage customers via telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Promote financial products, identify customer needs, and close sales.
• Meet weekly sales targets and improve conversion rates.
• Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 6 qualification aligned with the FAIS Fit and Proper framework.
• At least 12 months’ telesales experience with a stable employment history.
• Proven sales performance and target achievement.
• Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous.
• RE5 is beneficial but not compulsory.
• Clear criminal record and satisfactory credit record with no adverse judgments.
• Relevant qualifications include Banking, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Financial Management, Risk Management, and related financial disciplines.
