The Recruitment Pro is seeking a seasoned General Foreman to oversee on-site operations in the Western Cape. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of senior foreman experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of safety regulations and construction drawings to guide teams to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years proven experience as General Foreman or Senior Foreman.
• Must reside in the Western Cape.
• Qualification: NQF4/5 TJEKA; NQF6 is advantageous.
