Job summary

Skillsgro seeks a highly motivated Short-Term Insurance Broker in Johannesburg to prospect, acquire and service short-term insurance clients with expert advice and tailored solutions.

You will work with inbound leads provided by contact centre agents, conduct face-to-face discussions, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet monthly new business targets.

• Obtaining quotations from a range of insurance providers.

• Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive advice regarding their insurance needs.
• Maintaining a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities to consistently achieve monthly targets.
• Note that cold calling and lead sourcing are not part of the broker's daily responsibilities, leads are provided through inbound contact centre agents and liaisons with life, tax, and billing departments.

NQF4/5 qualification (120 credits)

Minimum Requirements

• Matriculation certificate.
• RE5 certification.
• Relevant NQF4 level 4 or 5 qualification with a minimum of 120 credits .
• Class of business certificates for both personal and commercial lines.
• Proven experience in handling both personal and commercial lines.
• Own vehicle.
• Valid driver''s license .
