Job summary

Momentum Insure in Centurion is seeking a Broker Sales Administrator to provide critical administrative and operational support to the Broker Sales Team, converting broker requests into accurate quotations using internal systems.

The incumbent will need strong attention to detail, collaboration, accountability, and a client-centric approach that aligns with Momentum Insure's culture of delivering unreasonable excellence.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification (essential).
• Minimum of six months' experience in a call centre, client service, administration, or related environment (advantageous).
• Previous insurance or financial services experience will be advantageous.
• Exposure to broker support and quotation administration environments will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly quote productivity targets.
• Achieve conversion and API targets.
• Maintain complaint ratios within agreed thresholds.
• Consistently achieve required quality and accuracy standards.
• Deliver within agreed service levels and turnaround times.
• Process quotation requests accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all interactions support a positive client and broker experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
