Job summary

Brolink in Centurion is seeking a Business Development Consultant to grow and manage a broker portfolio, drive broker acquisition and activation, and support growth in gross written premium. The role is based in Centurion and requires extensive travel within the region, with reporting to the Executive Head of Distribution.

You will build partnerships, identify opportunities, and develop plans to expand market coverage while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and delivering profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Matric is an essential requirement.
• FAIS compliant.
• Commercial and Personal Lines experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and develop a business plan to grow and manage prospects.
• Retain existing business and expand broker portfolios to achieve Gross Written Premium and profitability targets.
• Maintain and report on sales pipelines.
• Develop the broker portfolio through targeted acquisition, onboarding and activation.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new brokers aligned to growth strategy.
• Plan and execute regular broker visits and travel within the designated region.
