Job summary

Sanlam Limited invites qualified Broker Consultants to drive growth in the Gauteng South Region (Constantia Kloof). You will market Sanlam products to brokers, build trusted partnerships, and support brokers to grow their practices with effective service and performance-driven remuneration.

The role reports to the Business Manager and requires strong sales, regulatory awareness, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Preferably completed Business/Commerce/Marketing degree
• Preferably Post graduate diploma in Financial Planning/RFP3/Wealth Management 3
• Goal and target motivated
• Sales and marketing orientation
• Natural relationship-builder
• At least three years Broker Consultant experience and currently in a Broker Consultant role
• Strong focus in Investments and Business Assurance
