Job summary

Sanlam Limited is seeking a Broker Consultant (Expansion role) for the Gauteng South Region. This role focuses on building a portfolio of brokers, promoting Sanlam products, and cultivating strong broker relationships to drive new business.

You will report to the Business Manager, with responsibilities that include delivering excellent service, achieving targets, and up-skilling brokers with the right tools and information. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or equivalent.
• Goal and target oriented with sales/marketing focus.
• Experience building broker networks is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and develop relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build a portfolio of brokers and manage relationships.
• Promote and market Sanlam products to brokers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide efficient service to brokers and partners.
• Support brokers in their practice and growth.
