Job summary

SAB in South Africa is recruiting for a Brewing Technician Artisan to operate the brewing and related processes, perform quality checks, and coach teammates while supporting asset care activities. You will apply core competencies to optimise plant and process performance.

The role requires a National Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biological Sciences; brewing qualification is advantageous. 1–3 years' brewing experience and SAP proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' brewing experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of the brewing process from raw material transfers to Bright Beer Tank (BBT), including utilities.
• PC literacy (Microsoft Office and SAP).
• Physically fit and healthy, capable of lifting up to 20 kg.
