Job summary

The South African Breweries (SAB) is seeking a Training and Development professional to create and sustain a progressive learning environment for Level 1 and 2 teams on the shop floor.

You will deliver training, identify opportunities, develop apprentices, and coach teams in VPO practices while updating training documentation and managing SKAP records. A strong emphasis on measurement of training effectiveness and SOP development is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Training and Development.
• Advanced MS Office skills and computer literacy.
• At least 3 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to and preferably experience in a training environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to the shop floor.
• Identify learning opportunities and develop apprentices.
• Facilitate, coach and mentor on VPO and operational training for Level 1 & Level 2 teams.
• Develop and update training documentation for respective areas.
• Schedule SKAP assessments and manage administration.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and improve SOPs.
