Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Mpumalanga invites applications for a FAIS Representative within Personal & Private Banking. The role focuses on maintaining POR operations, client service excellence, and compliance with FAIS requirements.

You will bring 5-7 years FAIS experience, a First Degree in Business Commerce, and FAIS Representative certification. Front-line banking experience and knowledge of branch processes are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective functioning of Point/s of Representation (POR) including operational aspects (e.g., security, cash) and sales/service matters in line with client experience and requirements.
• Collaborate with relevant banking units (e.g., UB I, Cash Consultant I, CLO) as applicable.
• Provide customer-focused service and maintain branch processes in line with FAIS and bank policies

• 5-7 years Relevant FAIS qualification and experience.
• Front line experience in serving customers in order to meet sales and service objectives. Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch.
