FNB, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Branch Delivery Sales and Service Team Leader in a dynamic Pretoria branch. You will lead the sales and service team, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences within strict compliance standards.

You will coach, develop, and manage a high-performing team, analysing data to inform improvements and reporting on service delivery and performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, management and/or supervisory roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the sales and service team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to optimise growth and profitability.
• Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to values and service standards.
• Communicate service solutions clearly and secure customer and stakeholder buy-in.
• Ensure product knowledge is accurate and compliant.
• Analyse customer insights to identify service and sales improvements.
• Provide regular reporting on service delivery and SLA performance.
• Manage and grow the active customer account base within the branch.
